1. Use the service lawfully
You may use FooPixel only for lawful content and activity, with the rights and permissions needed for every upload. You must follow the Terms and applicable rules where you live and operate.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use FooPixel to upload, store, process, link to, or distribute:
- unlawful content or content that facilitates a crime;
- sexual content, especially any sexual content involving a minor;
- child sexual abuse material or exploitation of any person;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual abuse, or sexual exploitation;
- graphic violence or content intended to glorify or encourage violence;
- hate, harassment, threats, or targeted abuse;
- encouragement or instructions for self-harm;
- malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, or deceptive impersonation;
- content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
- content or traffic that evades limits, moderation, security controls, or a takedown.
Do not probe, scan, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with FooPixel, another user's upload, or a public delivery URL. Do not attempt to bypass the service's limits, moderation, security controls, or normal user flows.
3. Review and enforcement
Content may be moderated, but moderation is not a promise that every violation will be detected. We may restrict, reject, remove, preserve, or report content when we believe action is needed to protect people, rights, or the service.
We assess reports but do not promise a response time, a particular removal decision, or notice where notice could create risk, violate law, or expose an investigation. We may suspend access, limit requests, or cooperate with lawful authorities.
4. Report a concern
Send the full FooPixel URL, a concise reason, and supporting detail to abuse@foopixel.com. Include whether the report concerns safety, privacy, copyright, or another rights issue. Do not attach or request a download/re-upload of suspected child sexual abuse material; provide only the URL and relevant context, and contact local authorities for urgent danger.
Good-faith reports help us investigate. Deliberately false, retaliatory, or abusive reports may themselves violate this policy. For security vulnerabilities, use security@foopixel.com.
5. Updates
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions about acceptable use can be sent to hello@foopixel.com.
