1. Scope and service
This notice applies to FooPixel's website, API, storage, and related operations. FooPixel is a FooPlugins service, and its public uploader accepts anonymous image uploads under the limits described below.

2. Information we receive
When you upload an image, we receive the image and associated file and technical information. We may also collect network, device, diagnostic, security, and request information needed to provide, protect, and improve the service.
We may collect limited diagnostic information about upload status, timing, file properties, network and browser information, and response outcomes. This information helps us operate and improve the service.
The anonymous uploader does not create an account. If account features are introduced, this notice will be updated to describe the associated information before those features are made available.
An image made available through a public URL may be viewed by anyone who obtains that URL while the image remains available.
3. How information is used
- to process and deliver uploads;
- to moderate content and enforce our policies;
- to enforce limits, investigate abuse, secure the service, and maintain reliability;
- to operate and improve the service; and
- to respond to reports, copyright complaints, legal requests, and support messages.
We do not use an anonymous upload to create an account. We do not describe FooPixel as a regulated archive, a guaranteed deletion service, or a compliance certification.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to host, process, secure, moderate, and deliver the service. They process information on our behalf for these purposes.
We may disclose limited information when needed to investigate abuse, respond to a valid legal process, protect people or the service, or enforce the Terms. A report may include the relevant public URL, reason, supporting detail, and operational timestamps.
5. Retention and deletion
Anonymous uploads are scheduled to expire after 24 hours, although deletion may not occur immediately. Limited technical or security records may be retained where reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, incident response, accounting, or legal obligations.
6. Questions and choices
For privacy questions or a request concerning information associated with you, contact hello@foopixel.com with enough detail for us to investigate. Do not send suspected illegal imagery as an attachment. Security vulnerabilities should go to security@foopixel.com; suspected abuse belongs at abuse@foopixel.com.
We may update this notice as the uploader and account features change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
