How to use remove audio from video

Removing a track is different from muting a player
A website's mute button changes playback. It does not remove the audio data from the file. This tool exports a video without an audio track when Remove sound is checked, so the download itself is silent.
Prepare a silent website preview
Choose a short interval that explains the scene without dialogue. A background loop should still work when someone does not see or hear the full video. Avoid placing essential instructions only in the footage, and give visitors playback controls when movement might be distracting.
Keep a version with the original audio
Removing sound from the export does not change the source file. Save that source if you may need music, speech or ambient sound later. This tool re-encodes the video as well as removing its audio; it is not a stream-copy audio remover.

Does this remove music and voices?
It removes the entire audio track from the export, including music, speech and background noise. It cannot isolate one sound from another.
Can I keep sound instead?
Yes. Uncheck Remove sound before exporting. Audio is included when the source contains a supported track.
Does a silent video always autoplay?
No. Muted playback helps meet common autoplay requirements, but browser settings, power saving and the page's player configuration also affect autoplay.
Is it free and private to use?
You can process and download files for free without an account. The browser may download processing software, but your source media stays on your device. Only choosing Host on FooPixel uploads the generated output, which becomes publicly accessible after validation.
